Sel Gris is a grey crystalline sea salt harvested from clay-lined salt ponds in the Guérande region of France. It is world renowned as an adaptable, premium gourmet salt that is an essential component in any salt selection.
We’ve added a twist of lemon made from real lemon juice concentrate and lemon oil, and we’ve mixed in a touch of sugar to balance out the tartness of the lemon and create one of our most distinct flavor experiences.
